Dear David, I am based in Des Moines, Iowa. I have a loft conversation (my loft has been converted into a room with lamanate flooring). We have a problem with a squirrel. It has got into the space in between the loft room and our floor ceiling. Therefore there is no access to lay a trap, etc. We have have had two lots of pest control attend our house but they just said to shoot it, we have tried to, but it is too fast. We have laid traps in garden with bait, such as bread with peanut butter and monkey nut soaked in antifreeze. We have seen it eat these nuts, and thought it was dying as it has been a little quieter than usual. Then today we saw it run out of the guttering. We have put cayenne pepper in the gutter to try and deter it, but now it is back. I know you cannot attend our property but any advice would be greatly appreciated. It really is ruining our lives as we cannot sleep, we can hear it above our bedroom every night. Please, please help us!!!!!!!!!! Kind regards
